Accommodation

Budget and Hiking Tours: Sharing twin bedded thatched overnight huts or 2 man dome tents in the Park or Hiking trails with communal ablution facilities.

Meals Includes dinner bed and breakfast, commencing with dinner on the first day end ending with breakfast on the last day. Suitable stops will be made for lunches and refreshments at passenger’s own expense.

Group size   Our group size usually numbers around 7 passengers.By travelling in small groups it enables us to maintain afar more personal service Our groups are normally made up of individuals , couples and sometimes groups of friends.

Guides Our guides are mature adults who are young at heart and enjoy their work. They are chosen for their personalities, their interest in their environment, past experience and ability to handle people .

Transportation:  Our modern fleet of air-conditioned mini busses provides the ultimate in game viewing and photography. As well as friendly atmosphere and personal attention from the driver/guide who will ensure the best game viewing possible at close quarters.

Cancellations: No Refunds on cancellations 48 hours prior to departure or unused services or meals on tour.

Alteration to tours: The company reserves the right to change the itinerary and accommodations should conditions necessitate such alterations.

Fares: Include all services except portage, lunches (unless quoted), tips, liquor and personal expenses.

Baggage & Responsibility

On scheduled tours passengers are allowed one small suitcase or overnight bag. Whilst every care will be taken, the company cannot be held responsible for loss or damage, or otherwise arising out of the delayed departures or arrivals, the missing of train, plane or ship connections. Illness contracted on tour, alleged inferior or inadequate accommodation or out of any other cause whatsoever.
